When asked about the greatest challenge they face in their new venture, Richard was clear in his belief, “Both Will and I have a huge amount of experience in helping clients buy or sell property over many years... 35 years combined experience to be precise! I suppose the greatest challenge is having enough property on the urbanisation and surrounding area to meet the increased demand. We therefore urge anybody
