GALLERIES TAKING PART IN DARTMOUTH GALLERIES FESTIVAL Browns Hill Arts
Shelf Life’ - a new exhibition Browns Hill Arts is delighted to be exhibiting paintings by local artist Linda Tudor during Dartmouth Galleries Festival, 16th October – 7th November 2015. The exhibition, Shelf Life, will be an exciting opportunity to see Linda’s beautiful paintings in which subtle use of colour and interesting compositions create a delicious feast for the eyes. She focuses on traditional still life and her popular paintings, influenced by the work of Richard Deibenkorn, Henri Matisse and simplicity of Giorgio Morandi, perfectly capture the fruits of the sea and land. Linda has exhibited nationwide and her work is in many private
collections. She has exhibited at the New English Art Club, selected exhibitions at the Mall Galleries, London, Surrey and Devon. Her textile work has also been exhibited internationally at the Tokyo Sanyo Trade Centre, the Louis Poulsen Centre, Copenhagen and the Miniatures Biennale, Hungary. This promises to be the highlight of the art calendar and all are
welcome to join for the preview night 6-9pm Friday 16th October 2015. There will also be an “Art Tasting” to coincide with the Dartmouth Food Festival on Saturday 24th October 11am-4pm. The exhibition can be viewed online at
