SHOW REVIEW

PISCINE GLOBAL, LYON, FRANCE

A regular at the big European shows, Artesian Spas were in Lyon and will be launching a new swim spa in the New Year

Zodiac’s new magnesium based MagnaPool™ sanitation system

many familiar names, faces and brands to be found throughout the three halls, the majority of which will soon be at one of the UK’s own trade shows at the start of next year. If you didn’t make Lyon, a number of the new and innovative products that were being seen in Europe for the first time, particularly from UK based companies, will no doubt be available to view at either the UK Pool & Spa Expo in January or SPATEX in February.

More than just an exhibition, during the four days, Piscine Global also played host to a number of conferences which were chaired by various experts and they provided a number of additional opportunities for training and for visitors to network and share thoughts. As you will have no doubt also seen earlier in the magazine, the event also provided a platform for the European Union of Swimming Pool and Spa Association (EUSA) to present

their Awards to winning companies from across the European Union. In addition, the four days provided numerous opportunities for debates on best practice and standards and across the industry too.

So, my conclusion? As a biennial event, with so much to offer, Piscine Global has without doubt established itself as the global industry’s must attend event. Perhaps I’ll see you there in two years time!

One of a number of familiar names from the sector, Lovibond Tintometer enjoyed a lot of interest in their water testing products
