This LL.M. program is a unique one-year, full-time program for U.S. and foreign attorneys holding first degrees in law to specialize in one of the most dynamic and rapidly changing legal fields. The program requires a graduate seminar with thesis and intensive study of a range of courses dealing with both intellectual property and international law topics.
The LL.M. Program in International and Comparative Law is a one-year, full-time program for foreign lawyers who wish to gain a broader understanding of the American Legal System and interna- tional legal issues.
Designed for both experienced attorneys and recent law school gradu- ates both domestic and foreign, DePaul offers concentrations in five global practice areas: Aviation Law & Policy; Business, Commercial & Trade Law; Cultural Heritage Law; International Governance & Rule of Law; and Human Rights Law & Policy and Criminal Justice.
