ESADE LLM is aimed at students who are planning a career in inter- national business law or European law. It consists of an international business law core that shares a number of compulsory courses, and is an opportunity for students to specialise in fields not fully covered by their previous law studies.
The International LL.M. is specialized in Global Business law and European law. It combines general coursework in the legal area with an MBA module that includes courses that provide students with an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of business management and strategy and enable them to add value in complex international transactions.
The Executive LL.M. Program offered by Northwestern University School of Law and IE Law School offers graduate legal education that combines the Anglo-American common law and its application in inter- national practice with management fundamentals vital to the practice of law for business clients. It is intended for experienced lawyers work- ing in law firms or company legal departments.

A unique program in international commercial arbitration. It uses a variety of teaching formats, emphasizes student participation in the learning pro- cess, and provides opportunities for students to apply theory in simulated arbitration exercises. Concurrent with the course work, all students will participate in a simulated arbitration exercise to provide an opportunity to gain practical skills.
