The LL.M. is jointly organized by the Faculty of Law at the University of Turin and the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute (UNICRI). The course is designed for those who seek a deeper understanding of international criminal law and crime prevention, their implementation, and the activities of international organizations and tribunals in this area.

A one-year program, predominantly research-based, focusing on the acquisition and practice of research skills and on the preparation of a dissertation. For candidates who wish to advance their legal knowl- edge and their ability to develop and express scholarly analysis, in a stimulating international environment. Taught by eminent academics, both EUI professors and world-renowned guest professors.
First practice-oriented LL.M. in rule of law advisory. Acquire the skills and knowledge to work as a rule of law advisor in developing coun- tries, countries in transition or conflict. Build links to the international development community. Faculty consists of rule of law practitioners. Small classes and high interaction.
This program is delivered over one academic year. Students are examined in six optional subjects and complete a research disserta- tion of up to 25,000 words on an approved theme. This is a unique and pioneering programme with a focus on the interconnection between law, technology, science, and innovation. The LL.M. in Law, Technology and Governance offers students an opportunity to explore in depth substantive social issues and ques- tions of law and governance as these mechanisms evolve to deal with ever-changing technology and rapid scientific advances.
During the course of the program students will study aspects of commercial law which are common to all businesses such as credit and security, intellectual property and competition law. A 15,000 word dissertation is also required for the award of LL.M.
