This offers a significant reduction in the use of energy, production time and waste when compared with other known processes used for the preparation of cosmetic grade cationic polysaccharides. The conditioner is free from titanium, boron and glyoxal, can be easily incorporated in formulations and shows remarkable applicative performances.
