We’re really excited about 2014 – an exciting time for the Dunblane Centre as this is our 10th year in operation. Yes, can you believe it, this September we’ll be celebrating 10 YEARS!! A date to get in your diary now is 21st September for an extra special Funday Sunday 2014!

I don’t know about you all but I certainly over-indulged with amazing Christmas foods this year! But not to worry, as we have some great new fi tness classes to help you get toned for the New Year.

Body Combat: the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fi ercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of

disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

Cardio Tennis: get fi t the fun way with this exciting group cardio workout. Bounce to the beat with motivating music. No tennis skills required (although you’ll pick some up along the way). Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fi tness class set on a court and open to people

of all ages and abilities. Supported by motivating music and qualifi ed instructor, you’ll get to hit lots of tennis balls during your class and have a great cardio workout at the same time. Pick up a copy of the new timetable for times of all our classes

Burns Supper 24th January brings our Youth Burns Supper around again. Once again we’ll enjoy the poems of Robert Burns before enjoying a delicious feast of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties! This year we’re proud to display our new lectern which was kindly made using donated funds from the Dunblane Burns Club. Huge thanks goes to them for this, and we look forward to its debut on the 24th. For tickets please contact Gemma – gemma@dunblanecentre.co.uk or 01786 824224
