NEW CLASS OFFERING! Fit2Run:Want to get started? New Year, New You! There is no obligation and your fi rst session is free so come along a give it a try.


A new opportunity for complete beginners, particularly those interested in weight loss and getting healthy from the ground up. Clients with a signifi cant amount of weight to lose are welcome and encouraged to participate. If you can walk continuously for 20 minutes, then you can do this too. This 8-week session, led by a certifi ed personal trainer, combines learning strength and cardio exercises with a nutrition plan.


Each class will


be diff erent and fun. Prepare to be challenged, pushed, and encouraged as you commit to begin your journey to fi tness! Weekly classes are held from 9:30 to 10:30 on Thursday mornings. First Practice: Thursday, January 23rd @9:30 a.m.


Intermediate Training Group A great ‘next step’ program for those that have completed our learn2run programme or can comfortably run 3 miles at the start of the programme. Weekly practices will be held on Monday or Friday mornings at 9.30am First Practice: Monday, January 20th @ 9.30am or Friday, January 24th @ 9.30am
