Jerry Blackett, chief executive of Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Group, will provide an insight in to what is going on in Birmingham including the runway extension at Birmingham Airport, HS2 and the New Street Station redevelopment. In October 2012, employers will start to provide a work-based pension scheme for all employees in the UK. The implications and requirements of employers to auto-enrol their employees into a work based pension scheme have far-reaching effects on HR and payroll departments.
