The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS)
BAAPS is a not-for-profit organisation, established for the advancement of education and practice of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery for public benefit. Members undergo thorough background screening and are audited on a yearly basis. Information about specific procedures and surgeons’ contact details can be found on the website.

The British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS)
BAPRAS works to promote understanding and advance education in all aspects of plastic surgery, including cosmetic surgery. Full membership can only be obtained by surgeons who have completed a specialist training and are on the specialist register for plastic surgery with the GMC.

The UKAssociation of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (UKAAPS)
(UKAAPS) has been established to perform an important role in educating the general public about the benefits and risks associated with cosmetic plastic surgery. UKAAPS is the only UK association whose membership is only open to fully accredited plastic surgeons who practice non-surgical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery.

The British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (BAOMS)
BAOMS is a charitable organisation to promote education, research and the development of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery, which includes, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the mouth, face and jaws. Fellows are surgeons who have completed higher surgical training in this speciality and are registered on GMC specialist list.
