The system and combination boilers can be installed in a greater number of locations around the home due to a maximum flue length of 19 metres (19 kW model), making them ideally suited for social housing projects and homes where available space is at a premium. Uniquely, the output is the same for heating and hot water, from 19 to 35 kW, meeting con- sumer demand for high performance and installer demand for matching heat output to building heat load require-

Visitors to Durlston Castle near Swanage will never feel a chill as they take in the spectacular views of Dorset’s jurassic coast. Electrical underfloor heating from Speedheat was chosen to overcome a potential floor height problem in the Belvedere viewing room and two cloak-
rooms during the £5.5 million restoration of the Grade 2 listed building. Among the conservation issues were restrictions on the floor height in the Belvedere and cloakrooms, where underfloor heating was to be installed. At just 2mm deep, the Speedheat system was the ideal solution.
