REFUNDS Refunds are not issued when the cancellation is made less than 10 calendar days before the event. Use of site conflicts may result in a refund if verified by on-call staff. Refunds cannot be granted due to weather conditions.
PARK CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A $15.00 processing fee is charged on all reservation cancellations. A $5.00 processing fee is charged to reschedule a date or locations on all confirmed reservations. Rescheduling cannot be made less than 10 calendar days before the event.
