Using a plastic panel pop tool, carefully remove the side panel. This will expose a Phillips-head screw that must be removed.

There are two Phillips- head screws (one on either side) holding the steering column shroud in place. The lower shroud must be removed to gain access to the ignition harness.

The lower knee airbag must be remove for easier access to the under- side of the driver side dash. Two 10mm nuts secure the airbag in place.

With the airbag removed, the wiring in the main steering column harness can be accessed much easier.

Unplug the two harnesses and re- move the lower dash panel.

Here is a view of all the plugs and harness on the bottom side of the steering column. Note the main ignition harness outlined in red.

The wiring found in the main column harness 1) 12 volt constant (+) white (x2) 2) Ignition (+) green 3) Ignition 2 (+) blue 4) Accessory (+) yellow 5) Starter (+) black/white 6) Parking Lights (-) black/blue
