With the bracket secured to the vehicle the heater can be snapped onto the bracket. Note the top clip — listen for the “click” to be sure it has been securely mounted.

With the hoses and wiring routed, the reservoir was reinstalled. Here, the location of the heater can be seen.

Using the supplied rubber hose, the fluid input hose was routed from the reservoir and output to the nozzles. Be sure the hoses are not pinched or kinked and are not routed near moving engine parts or other hazards.

The ground wire was connected to one of the vehicle’s factory grounding locations. This is found behind the battery tray and was made before the tray was reinstalled.
The Clear2Drive unit comes with pre-terminated ends for both the power and ground as well as pre loomed wire and a Maxi in-line fuse holder. The quality of the unit really shows, and it looks to provide years of reli- able service for the customer.
