Business Travel Awards 2014

THE WAIT IS ALMOST OVER…
As we approach the big night, keep a tight hold on those tickets, because the Business Travel Awards have sold out again!
THE JUDGES HAVE COMPLETED their deliberations and the waiting is almost over. On Monday, January 20, all will be revealed when the winners of the 2014 Business Travel Awards are announced to just under 1,300 people who will be attending the ceremony in the magnificent setting of the Great Room at London’s Grosvenor House hotel. Once again the event is a sell-out. “It has proved to be one of the toughest
34
years ever,” said Mike Toynbee, who is chairman of the panel of judges, which is made up of leading travel buyers. “First, to whittle down the entries to a shortlist, and then to identify a winner in each of the 22 categories, such was the quality of submissions for the 2014 awards. The overall standard this year was the best I’ve ever seen.” Mike added that, in some cases, the narrowest of margins separated the winner and runners-up. The evening gets underway with a champagne reception, followed by a sumptuous three-course gala dinner, during which the awards ceremony takes place. The now-legendary after-dinner party includes dancing into the early hours to the music of the ever-popular band Star, a casino for those who fancy a flutter, and a late-night bar where you can catch up with old friends and make new acquaintances. We look forward to seeing you there.
