HOSTED BUYER PROGRAMME For 2014, the hosted buyer-only pre-show conference, on Monday February 3, is offering more places – up from 100 to 150. This programme is designed specifically for EMEA and global travel managers, and the content focuses on issues such as big data, supplier relations and traveller communication.
SOURCING AT THE SHOW There will be more than 250 suppliers of business travel
products, services and solutions present, covering air, hotels, serviced apartments, expense management, specialist services, technology, CSR and more.

SUPPLIER AREAS These include the ASAP Pavilion of Serviced Apartment Providers, the Business Travel Technology Showcase, the ITM Village, and the International Hotel Village.
LEARNING There will be more than 70 educational sessions tackling
travel topics such as New Distribution Capability, mobile technology, travel management 2.0, strategic meetings management programmes (SMMP) and multi-territory travel management across a range of keynotes, panel debates, case studies and masterclasses.
NETWORKING There will be plenty of formal and informal networking opportunities, including after- show drinks at the Central Café and the networking discovery forums.
AGENT LOUNGE Meet fellow travel agents and make hassle-free introductions to new business partners in the invitation-only agents’ lounge.
CELLARS IN THE SKY WINE TASTING Buying Business Travel joins sister publication Business Traveller to host the annual competition between global airlines to find the world’s best first and business class wines, and champagnes. The winning entries will be served on the BBT/Business Traveller stand at the show.
