CHALLENGES ITM update


NEW YEAR, FRESH


THE CORPORATE TRAVEL LANDSCAPE is likely to continue its evolution throughout 2014, changing the dynamics of relationships and the role of the travel manager and travel buyer. Debate around UK air capacity will continue throughout the year, in the run-up to the Airports Commission report in 2015, and we will also be faced with the changes that a new distribution standard might deliver. Further integration of systems and processes within organisations should enable a greater depth of knowledge and information, allowing a broader


and consider the advances in technology when planning their future travel strategy. Here at ITM, it’s our job to make sure we help our buyer members stay ahead of the game and deliver the greatest return on investment to their organisations. We also pride ourselves on helping to bring the buyer and supplier members together to improve and enhance the way they do business. Our programme for 2014 has been put together with this purpose in mind. Of course, the most notable of our events is the ITM
