The new software allows users to
customize tests, either by adding to existing test groups or by defining unique test groups of valid logic ana- lyzer triggers for protocol or bus-level timing violations. Customized real- time compliance tests can be defined for any valid logic analyzer trigger, for any digital system probed by an Agilent logic analyzer. The protocol debug and valida-
tion test suite includes three products: B4621B, a bus decoder for DDR/2/3/4; B4622B, a protocol compliance and analysis toolset for DDR/2/3/4 and LPDDR/2/3; and B4623B, a bus decoder for LPDDR/2/3.
Skyworks: High Gain Low Noise Amplifier
Woburn, MA — Skyworks has unveiled a 2.3 to 2.8GHz, two-stage, high linearity and high gain (32dB) low noise amplifier. The product, called the SKY67107-306LF, offers a very low noise figure of 0.85dB, and excellent return loss of 15dB, all in a small 4mm square quad flat, no-lead package. The device’s on-die active bias
design ensures consistent perform- ance, enables unconditional stability and a high output compression point of 18.5dBm. The amplifier is suitable for cellular infrastructure applica- tions including tower mounted amplifiers, remote radio units, repeaters and base stations, as well as satellite radio and 2.4GHz indus- trial, scientific and medical band (ISM band) receivers. The new LNA is also pin-compatible with other high gain industry standard LNAs and provides a high degree of RF per-

LPDDR/2/3 debugging and valida- tion is a complete protocol decoder of memory transactions for LPDDR/2/3 using an Agilent logic analyzer as the execution engine.
The software translates acquired signals into easily understood bus transactions showing associated data bursts, for all LPDDR2/3 data rates. Valid read and write com- mands are decoded to include row and column addresses and the com- plete data burst associated with the
