The dimensions are 15 percent smaller than the original design, while maintaining the same high- performance specifications of the original PC 5 connector. Using the new connectors, installers can wire currents up to 41 amps UL and conductors up to 8 AWG in a smaller space. This allows a more com- pact equipment design. begins with a newly formulated alu- minum oxide coating with an opti- mized microstructure that delivers superior resistance to crater wear and flank wear as well as to plastic deformation, considerably reducing machining times. boosts coating toughness and ensures higher process reliability in mass produc- tion.
