Park Center Health and Fitness Expansion

Park Center Health & Fitness’ newly expanded floor space offers something for all generations, all fitness levels and provides additional space to the fitness center, as well as more classes and room for small group training. The new expansion adds an additional 3,600 square feet of floor space and has everything to offer!


Whether you prefer one-on-one training with a personal trainer, want to increase your flexibility, de-stress and relax, or the motivation of a group to inspire you to move, the newly expanded space provides fitness options that are right for you. Combined with the current Group Fitness classes, the new space will allow Park Center Health and Fitness to host over 120 classes a week!


The expanded space will boast three new rooms including the Cycling/Multi-purpose room, Park Studio for Yoga and Pilates classes, and a private Pilates Studio. The Cycling/Multi- purpose room is an expansive, window-filled 2,000 square foot room which will feature larger Indoor Cycling classes, TRX, heavy bag Boxing, Circuits, Kettlebells, and more.


Next door, Park Studio will be home to Yoga and Pilates classes that can accommodate up to 30 participants in its serene, temperature controlled environment. Bolsters, blocks and blankets will have Yoga participants sweating, stretching, and relaxing in classes now leveled to meet everyone’s needs.


The newly designed Pilates Studio will provide clients with new Reformers and training equipment in an intimate and private setting. With the additional space, Pilates instructors will be able to accommodate up to 4 people at a time.


In addition to providing more classes for Park Center Health and Fitness patrons and the community, the new expansion will give our Personal Trainers added space to focus on small group training; a fast-growing and popular way to share exercise with friends in a more personal setting at an affordable cost.


Park Center Health & Fitness provides classes for Teens to Seniors and everything in between! Whether you prefer the dance-based cardio fitness of Zumba and WERQ, the heavy bag hitting of STRIKE, body weight exercise of TRX, or Personal Training with your friends, we can accommodate you.
