Lap Swim Rules & Regulations — • Only persons 13 yrs. of age and older with a valid ID can use the lap lanes during lap swim hours.


• Lane speed markers will be placed at the end of each lane. For your own safety, please swim in the lane that applies to your speed and ability.


• Continuous circle swimming must take place in designated lap swim lanes that have speed markers.


• Instruction may not be given in lap lanes. • Lifeguards on duty have the authority to enforce rules, move swimmers into correct lanes based on swimming speeds and to implement circle swimming.

NorthShore University HealthSystem has exclusive use of to the Warm Water Therapy pool during times not listed. All use during NorthShore University HealthSystem times must be scheduled through NorthShore University HealthSystem, located in Park Center’s main lobby.


Guests must generally be 18 yrs of age or older to use the warm water therapy pool. Guests under age 18 may use the WWT pool only if they are: 1. Part of a therapy session with a specialized NorthShore or NSSRA instructor; 2. Registered with the GPD Aquatic Department by submitting a doctor’s note ordering therapy, completion of the WWT pool minor exemption form, and accompanied by an approved adult who has provided proof of therapeutic certification or guardianship.

Splash Landings Indoor Aquatic Center


Celebrate your special day year- round at our fabulous indoor aquatic center. Guests spend one hour at Splash Landings and then have 15 minutes to change clothes and spend the final 45 minutes in our party room where party leaders, tables and chairs are provided. Guests must bring their own towel. WHERE: Splash Landings, 2400 Chestnut Ave.


Public Swim Parties —


> Open Swim Parties (ages 2 and up) Enjoy your party during our public open swim hours at Splash Landings.

Private Parties —


> Open Seas (ages 2 and up) Enjoy exclusive use of both Splash Landings Play Pool AND the 25 yard Lap Pool. These open seas are fun for everyone!
