Hall of Famers inducted


The newest members of Skidmore’s Athletics Hall of Fame are Dana Martin ’05 (basketball), Colleen Barber ’04 (field hockey), Taryn Howard Drake ’03 (field hockey and lacrosse), Josef Pohle ’02 (golf), Kathleen Tschampel ’02 (volley- ball), and Bucky Polk ’89 (ice hockey), the 1999–2000 golf team and the 1996–97 ice hockey squad, longtime coach and equipment manager Larry Ramos ’77, and local booster and some- time referee Lee Weiser.


The new inductees were feted, and the 2010 equestrian team was also presented with its national championship rings, at a September banquet and benefit for Friends of Skidmore Athletics.
