Caribbean Challenge

Book a boat trip to the Angel Falls, one of the world’s highest waterfalls, or take a hike in the country’s Andes mountain range.

Venezuela is a country saturated with beaches, mountains, plains and natural wonders located in the north of South America. It has over 3,000 km of Caribbean coast where coconut palms complement beautiful sandy beaches and 5,000 metres of astonishing snow-capped mountains. Venezuela is home to an eclectic combination of four distinctly varied cultures. It is bounded to the luxury of the Caribbean by its north coast, Brazil by its south, Guyana by the east and Colombia by the west coast.

The country is in a bio-diverse region with numerous natural habitats for animal species like jaguar, puma, pelicans and capybara.

Some of the most appealing features in the country are its natural scenic highlights like the iconic Angel Falls, the Orinoco Delta, the Andes mountains, the Los Rocues Archipelago National Park and Venezuela’s own Caribbean island, Isla de Margarita. Caracas is the cultural capital of the country with first-rate restaurants, a museum of

modern art, shopping centres and national parks. A trip to Venezuela offers a mix of the Andes, the Orinoco and the Caribbean, together creating a unique experience to cherish.

Hidden gem

Located at the foot of Caracas’ Avila Mountain, Parque Los Chorros consists of 4.5 hectares of exuberant nature including the only natural waterfall in a capital city park.
