Techtronic Industries showed a new range of Milwaukee products designed to offer more power for
heavy-duty tasks. The MX Fuel platform uses a lithium-ion battery pack, and five examples of the equipment that it can be used with were displayed on the stand, including a 25kg breaker, cut-off saw, lighting tower, diamond drill, and a drain cleaner. All incorporate an electronic lock and an integrated tracking device to prevent theft.

Clow shows Instant UpRight models
Clow Group has been appointed as the exclusive UK distributor for Instant UpRight. The company will provide sales and support for the latter’s range of scaffold towers, podiums, and MX-series electric scissor lifts. New products include the Instant Upright X400
push-around mast lift. In order to prevent the user hitting an overhead obstacle while elevating the machine, the platform can only be raised from ground level. The operator then accesses the basket via an integrated ladder.
