More Truxta innovations from Tufftruk
Tufftruk showed its small electric Truxta micro dumper fitted with a new Poly-Skip made from polyethylene. Suitable for carrying wet concrete, it will not rust or scratch and is available in a number of colours. The 450kg-capacity electric machine on
display was also equipped with the new Power-Tip option. Utilising an electrically powered tipping cylinder for a more controlled load discharge, this provides a maximum discharge height of 252mm (from under the lip of a fully tipped skip to the ground). This is increased to 589mm if the Power-Tip-Plus option is selected. Tufftruk also promoted its new tri-fold
ramp system. As MD Ron Blackhurst demonstrated, this enables an operator to discharge a Truxta into a builders’ skip, whilst standing safely on the ground.
