Decorators promote royal memorabilia less than 24 hours after Queen’s passing

ever one to miss a trick, less than 24 hours after Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II passed away on Thursday, September 8, promotional product and garment decorators were selling memorabilia of King Charles III online.

appeared on sites such as eBay and Etsy on Friday, September 9. This quick reaction from decorators showcases
entrepreneurship in the printwear industry at its finest. The former Prince of Wales became King Charles when his mother, the Queen, passed away at the age of 96 at Balmoral Castle.
Tee Jays appoints UK ambassador
enna Bradley has been appointed as Tee Jays’ ambassador in the UK to support the clothing brand’s growth in this market.
After starting the role in July, Ms Bradley has already been out on the road during the summer visiting customers to establish a higher awareness of the Tee Jays’ brand. Going forward she will also attend trade shoes and other sales-related activities across the UK, and support the sales teams at distributors of Tee Jays. Ms Bradley has vast experience in the B2B garment sector having worked for wholesaler BTC activewear for the past 11 years, most recently as area sales manager for the Midlands.

Drytac welcomes new technical engineer D
aniel Farias has been appointed as Drytac’s technical engineer and will be based at Drytac’s North American manufacturing and production facility.
His new role is to support the business with technical sales support and product management. He will also take a lead role in all aspects of quality assurance including continual improvements, technical data sheets, external audits and quality implementation.
Mr Farias brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge, having previously worked in a quality assurance position within the tapes and adhesives sector. In this role, Mr Farias implemented various new systems to improve production and workflow across the business.

transport company in his native Venezuela. Here, he was critical to ensure the quality of the products and services delivered to customers. Mr Farias said: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to join the group as technical engineer. Drytac is the leading brand in self-adhesive

oloreel has appointed Elin Wengström as its new VP of marketing. She joins Coloreel with more than 20 years of experience in leading positions within branding, marketing and communications. Her most recent role was as marketing director at Stora Enso Wood Products, and she has previously worked for brands such as Daily Sports, Geberit, Statoil (now Circle K), BMW and Swedbank – both as an employee and as a brand strategy consultant.
