Fast, effi cient and robust Aeoon printers are fast, effi cient, robust and
print on an industrial level. Every part of the machine is designed to achieve the highest effi ciency for customers.
So why is the pretreatment process external? The answer to that question is very simple: because pretreating garments outside of the machine is more effi cient.
Why is that? First of all, pretreating in the machine slows the whole printing process down and is a major source of errors. Separating critical processes is crucial to minimise failure points. If there is an issue with the pretreatment nozzle, the entire print operation goes offl ine. Secondly, the pretreat being sprayed on the inside of the printer damages the machine in the long term and can cause major issues like corrosion and rust.
And third, with an external pretreating process, customers have a lot more control and can set precisely how much pretreat they want on the garment and where, whereas inline pretreatment makes it hard to control the amount and positioning whatsoever.
There is no question that pretreating externally is the best solution for DTG printing.
