OWA claims this thrill ride will make “even the most experienced wave riders” surprised by its ocean-like motions. The Air Racer is billed as "your chance to feel the G-force thrust upon pilots" with a twist. The thrill ride takes people through acrobatic maneuvers from dives to loops. Crazy Mouse is a coaster in which the seats spin out of control, giving the rider a 360° view. AeroZoom, a WindstarZ, is a flashy ride with an intimidating name. But this ride is family-friendly. AeroZoom gives riders a chance to experience and be in charge of their own hang-gliding adventure, as they can control the movement of the glider's wings while flying through the air. Alabama Wham'a, a Zamperla Endeavor, offers a thrill and incorporates the state’s name. Rockin' Raft (Rockin’ Tug) is a family-friendly ride like a large passenger boat that gives riders a feel as though they "are on the open ocean" as the raft takes them "back, forth, up and around."
More to Come Sky Balloons, Zamperla’s Samba Tower, is considered a family-friendly ride. The park likens the experience to riding a hot air balloon. Southern Express, a Family Gravity Coaster, is themed as mine cars. Gulley Washer, a Jumpin’ Star, is a kid-
friendly, free-falling ride. Flying Tiger, a kid-friendly ride shaped into small planes, allows kids to feel a swinging motion. Swingin' Fun, a Happy Swing, is a kid-friendly ride that swings people back and forth. Happy Haulers, a Zamperla Convoy, features trucks that will give the youngsters a ride along a roller coaster-like track in a turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Leap Frog is an inviting ride as riders leap around on
colorful frogs. On the Zip Zap Race, children board specialty hot rods for a driving adventure with friends. Tea Time is a classic theme park ride that spins guests around in beautiful teacups. Flutter By is one of the Park’s interactive rides, allowing riders to pedal and take control of their butterfly experience. Flying Aces takes young pilots round and round in its multi-colored airplanes. The amusement park will be open year-round, though limited scheduling is expected during the off-season months in the winter season. The park is the first in a series of openings for OWA. The retail and dining tenants will begin opening in early September. Future plans call for the expanding the amusement park and adding a waterpark, along with additional hotels, a condominium complex, and a resort-level RV park. When all phases are complete, the development’s total cost is expected to top $500 million.
