The Little Tsar opens at Hansa Park
Two year after the opening of the hypercoaster KÄRNAN, HANSA Park has finally opened the much- anticipated Der Kleine Zar (The Little Tsar). The coaster is manufactured by Preston & Barbieri S.R.L and reaches heights of 3m, with a total length of 54m. The kiddie coaster reaches speeds of 20 km/h and is aimed at the youngest guests of HANSA Park – with the tag line of ‘my first roller coaster’. The park is one of the five largest leisure parks in Germany and is now home to more than
125 attractions. Owned by the Leicht family, Christoph Andreas Leicht manages the park and believes that The Little Tsar is the perfect family coaster. “The Little Tsar – my first roller coaster' is a fabulous addition to our park. Preston & Barbieri
were able to perfectly implement our vision of this kiddie-coaster: it addresses a broad audience since it gives parents the wonderful opportunity to enjoy this ride together with their little ones. ‘The Little Tsar – my first roller coaster’ takes us where it all started: it tells the story of how roller coasters were invented – what’s a better way for kids to start the journey of roller coasters?”
