Park Profile
"We have a very clear idea of what an Inflata Nation park should look and
feel like, with clearly defined brand guidelines. Each park will always contain their signature slide into a huge ball pit, as this is one of the major draws. However, every Inflata park will have its own unique elements too, making each one slightly different and bringing new innovations to each park.” The firm has already hit landmark figures of attendance since launching – a
fact made more impressive when you consider there is currently only one site open to the public. “The reaction has been really positive. We had a launch party, attended by
some well known celebrities, which immediately put us on the front foot. And we welcomed our 30,000th customer in just a month after opening. What I think has really helped has been the positive reviews shared by both word of mouth and via social media channels." With such an original concept, there is a constant need to stay
fresh and introduce new attractions and elements. Ball cites this as paramount, as is acting on customer feedback. “For us, the key to Inflata Nation’s success is in not resting on
our laurels and constantly listening to what the customers want. The brilliant thing about all the different inflatable obstacles courses, slides and games which make up the park can be unzipped and replaced relatively simply. If one of the park’s elements isn’t quite working, or isn’t as popular as other aspects, it’s up to us and the franchisees to recognise that fact and to keep updating and improving. Meanwhile we’re also working with the inflatables’ manufacturers to create bespoke designs

which will be entirely unique and exclusive to Inflata sites, including things like giant dual-lane slides and duelling platforms.” Given Inflata Nation’s success, it’s not hard to imagine rival inflatable
attractions popping up across the country in the near future. Ball, however, feels his company has the head start it needs to stay as the market leader. “Having seen the success of the Trafford Park site, it is inevitable that people will
try to replicate the Inflata Nation concept, however being the innovators in this area we’re confident that we’ll always be one step ahead of the competition and already have a programme of continual improvement and innovation in place to keep their parks at the cutting edge of the market and leading the way.”
