What predictions in your field do you have for 2023? Digital identity will become a key factor within the next few years. Transformative tech such as AI and VR will become more mainstream and implemented into service-based industries such as FS. Hyper-personalisation of products will also become more


necessary to improve customer service, and with personalisation comes a significant amount of data. 2023 will see businesses navigate this new playing field and discover how best to digitally serve customers while ensuring their safety. Te financial sector is geared toward big change, and as a business,


we are proud to be at the forefront of shaping this in a safe and sustainable manner.


Where would you say are the current market drivers in your field? Consumer concern is definitely a huge driver. Financial organisations rely heavily on customers trusting their services, maintaining a reputation as reliable and credible institutions. With breaches and other incidents of cybercrime hitting headlines


each day, customers are scared for the safety of their data. Tey will turn to businesses that are transparent about their efforts to protect their information and will leave those who fail to implement the proper precautions. Organisations must not only keep up with the pace of digital


change but ensure they do so in a way that considers and removes their customers’ fears.


How will the company look to improve its service offering? We built our encryption technologies to solve problems that businesses face. Recently, in order to support


the rising industry concerns over the security of customer data, we made the decision to offer a free version of our Mailock

solution. Digital interaction is inevitable across businesses now, and organisations must protect their customers’ information as well as their own. While Mailock already offers free read and reply to end-users,


the new free version offers users 5 secure emails a month to send messages and attachments to providers, advisers or consumers without relying on them to send a message first. Communication is a two-way street, and we want to make


security accessible and affordable for everyone. Moving forward, we are dedicated to finding ways to create even better access.


What advice can you offer partners in this current economic climate? A key focus should be on maximising your best-performing assets. While some businesses thrive in harsh economic climates, others can be at risk. Tis is the time to analyse what works and what doesn’t work for your business, refining and streamlining your processes and diverting resource appropriately. At Beyond Encryption, we prioritise not only fostering new


business opportunities and growth but improving our offering to existing customers. Taking a granular approach to your organisation’s strategy and prioritising important next steps will place you in a prime position to keep your current clients happy while attracting new business too.
