Belinda Everett, Bee Pedal Ready CIC founder


A qualified bike mechanic and ride leader, Belinda founded Bee Pedal Ready CIC after facing many hurdles and challenges, most of all the lack of representation of women and people from different cultural backgrounds. Bee Pedal Ready CIC supports learning new skills, to repair, fix and ride bikes in a women-led environment. Belinda is also the Greater Manchester Bicycle Mayor and won Diversity Champion at the BikeBiz Awards in 2023.


Caz Conneller, Loud Mobility director of community and culture Caz has been a vocal advocate for cycling for nearly two decades, founding Cyclechic in 2007 and creating the She’s Electric campaign. Now at Loud Mobility, Caz campaigns to help more people engage with active travel, micromobility and all forms of sustainable transport.


Sophie Browne, AlsoBikes co-founder A passionate e-bike and e-cargo ambassador, Sophie has successfully brought leading German brands Advanced and CaGo to the UK market as the co- founder of distributor AlsoBikes. The business has built a significant dealer network, culminating in winning Specialist Distributor of the Year at the BikeBiz Awards in 2022.


Paul Davis, Weldtite managing director Paul has overseen a successful programme of targeted growth and investment in Weldtite’s product range, marketing and the manufacturing facilities based in Barton-upon-Humber. Investment and renewed leadership efforts have led to a sustained and accelerated period of growth during his tenure.


Ben Sadler, World Bicycle Relief managing director UK As the UK managing director of World Bicycle Relief, Ben works every day to transform lives through ‘The Power of Bicycles’ with the charity providing purpose- built, locally assembled bikes to students, healthcare workers, and entrepreneurs in rural regions where access to transportation is a major barrier.


Petra Wiltshire, Reilly Cycleworks UK sales representative A former pro and World Champion downhill mountain bike racer, Petra has a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for cycling. In particular she is keen to promote gravel cycling to women, having set up a regular off-road ride from her local bike shop in Frome Somerset. Recognised as a Sporting Hero in Cycling UK’s Top 100 Women in cycling in 2023.


Steve Cole, Push business consultant As someone with a passion for cycling and deep market understanding, Steve has helped Push bring a host of innovative solutions to market. Prior to joining the e-commerce platform, he spent nearly 30 years at Specialized Bicycle Components as a sales director helping to lead the brand’s significant growth in the UK throughout that period.


Steven Pasch, V12 Retail Finance field account manager With V12 Retail Finance partnering with hundreds of UK cycle retailers, Steven has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the UK cycling market and the IBDs, distributors and brands who operate in it. He has held a number of roles at the company during his nearly eight year tenure and continues to collaborate with businesses in the sector.
