Italian cycle clothing brand Q36.5 has announced the hiring of a new UK and Ireland sales manager – a move which signals an increasing focus for the brand in the marketplace. Ed Smith and Phil Hubbard-Smith, Weldtite


Weldtite, UK manufacturer of bike maintenance products including TF2 and Cyclo Tools, have promoted Ed Smith and Phil Hubbard-Smith to the roles of sales manager – UK and Ireland, and sales manager – international, respectively. Smith is an industry veteran of more than 30 years, having honed his knowledge and sales techniques at a range of IBD’s across Humberside. He worked as product manager at


Falcon Cycles and as customer services manager at Superstar Components before joining Weldtite in 2019. Hubbard-Smith also began his career in an IBD, working as a mechanic at JE James. Customer services, analyst, sales manager, and partnerships manager roles at Internet Fusion Group, LeCol and Band of Climbers followed before joining Weldtite in July 2023. 
