Can you tell us some more about the new omni- model you are debuting? Absolutely. We’ve been working this summer to improve the connection between physical bike stores and their online webshops. The goal is to make it easier for store employees to manage the POS system while enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers. One of the new features is our Shopify integration, which allows bike retailers to process online returns in-store and use gift cards across both online and offline channels. And as we mentioned, this is just the beginning. In the future, we’ll be rolling out even more updates.
Could you talk us through the partnership with Push? What opportunities does it present? Push actually reached out to us last year, which sparked the beginning of an exciting collaboration. After a few initial meetings, it became clear that we were on the same page in

terms of values and how we approach business. Both Bikedesk and Push are committed to delivering best-in-class platforms, and that shared vision laid the foundation for a strong partnership. One of the key benefits of this collaboration is that it has allowed us to enter the UK market more seamlessly. Navigating a new market can be challenging, but Push has been instrumental in making the transition smoother. They’ve not only provided guidance but also helped us understand and adapt to the specific needs and dynamics of the UK cycling market. This partnership is a great example of how having the right partner, who shares your values and goals, can make all the difference when expanding into new territories.
Is there anything else you would like us to highlight? We’d love to highlight that Bikedesk is dedicated to supporting UK bike retailers as they navigate the evolving retail landscape. Our platform is built to address current needs while also assisting bike shops in preparing for future challenges.
