Whilst it might sound like I’m repeating myself slightly, I know I’ve said it before, but we’re not out of the woods yet, perhaps we won’t be for a while. But, that’s not to say this year hasn’t been positive. It depends who you talk to, though. I’m not naive to the fact that positivity only extends so far. One thing I don’t think we do well enough, (and I might get some heat for
this, but it’s purely from talking to many different people throughout the industry) is communicating with each other. Some do it better than others, but there does feel like there’s a disconnect. That’s not to say that’s the case for everyone, of course. But I feel like there’s always room for improvement. On the subject of communication, it’s important for me to highlight that
there’s been some changes in the magazine in recent months. We’ve been focusing on creating a better design for our readers. If you like what you see, or you have any suggestions, please let us know! I’d also love to hear from anyone who has anything they’d like to see
featured in the magazine or on our website. I’ve said this before, but I see BikeBiz as a platform for the industry. Rather than just communicating to you, I’d like guidance from our audience. It’s important to me that we have informative content that interests and benefits you, no matter what role you have in the industry. I’d like BikeBiz to facilitate conversations, open channels of communication and be a helpful resource. Change takes time, but we’re making updates where possible. Please reach out to me if there’s anything, I’d really like to hear from you.
