onsumers are increasingly aspiring to lead healthier, more efficient, and design-conscious lifestyles, and the demand for premium small domestic appliances (SDAs) shows no sign of slowing. This appetite for elevated everyday living is reshaping the SDA market. Today, performance, ease of use, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal are no longer luxuries—they’re essential. Bluestem Group is strengthening its position in the premium SDA sector, through a number of the brands it distributes, by focusing on performance, functionality, and practical design. Among such launches is the Igenix 3 Litre Instant Hot Water Dispenser (IGWDH0322B), designed to meet growing demand for speed and energy efficiency in the kitchen. With a rapid boil function that heats water in just three
seconds, consumers can boil only what they need, saving time and energy. “This product reflects what today’s consumers want: speed, control, and convenience without waste,” a Bluestem Group spokesperson explains. The dispenser offers four temperature settings (45C, 65C, 85C, and 99C) and adjustable cup sizes ranging from 150ml to one litre, suiting a variety of uses. Key features include a child safety lock, boil-dry protection, an LED touchscreen display, a height-adjustable drip tray, and a removable water tank. The Bluestem Group also exclusively distributes De’Longhi and with its The Magnifica Bean to Cup Coffee Machine (DL2921) delivers one-touch espresso, long coffee, and steamed milk, with an integrated bean grinder that adapts automatically to the chosen drink. “It’s perfect for customers who want fresh coffee at home with minimal effort,” says a Bluestem Group spokesperson.
For those seeking full automation, De’Longhi’s Eletta Explore (DL5086) offers over 50 drink options—including cold brew in under five minutes. With Bean Adapt Technology and app control, users can personalise beverages and automate cleaning tasks. At the premium

Coming soon is the De’Longhi Dedica Duo Manual Espresso Machine (EC890 series), available in four colours. Its slim 15cm design fits smaller kitchens and boasts a 40-second heat-up time, digital controls, and compatibility with espresso and cold brew styles. “It’s compact but offers full control, with features usually found on larger machines,” a Bluestem Group spokesperson notes. It includes a MyLatteArt steam wand, supports up to 16g of ground coffee, and fits cups up to 13cm tall. The company also highlights the value
of effective in-store presentation. “Retailers can boost engagement by creating real-life set-ups—like coffee corners or breakfast stations—helping customers imagine the product in their homes,” the spokesperson advises. “Signage, product videos, and live demonstrations showcase features like instant boiling or automated milk frothing.”
