plus vat for LAR’s gold franchise and £39,950 plus vat for the platinum-level franchise. You will also need to have further working capital to fuel business growth. A line of credit of approximately £50,000 will get you started. Head offi ce can also provide a fi nance facility to approved applicants to further grow their rental book. As time goes by, your weekly rental
payments will start to cover the capital expenditure of new contracts and, before you know it, you’ll be reinvesting your profi ts to reach scale. LAR is looking for long-term partners
