Finalists announced for the Franchise Marketing Awards 2018
u The winners of the 13th annual Franchise Marketing Awards will be announced at The National Franchise Exhibition this October. Competition for some of the industry’s
most highly coveted accolades has been fierce. The Franchise Marketing Awards are renowned for celebrating innovative marketing campaigns, as well as effective marketing support offered by franchisors to their franchisees. The awards are sponsored by AW Digital, a highly dedicated, skilled and reliable IT support company. For over 25 years, AW Digital has provided one of the UK’s biggest franchise brands with dependable IT support services and expertise on a daily basis. Entrants have covered almost every
franchised industry, from children’s playgroups to tool manufacturers, cleaning companies to escape rooms. All the finalists have provided their franchisees with a wealth of marketing expertise, allowing them to develop their businesses successfully.
Warrens Bakery opens new store in Redhill
u Warrens Bakery, the world’s oldest cornish pasty maker, has opened a new store in Redhill, Surrey. The store is being opened in partnership with Mital and Neel Patel, who comments: “We are extremely excited to introduce the Warrens Bakery brand to the Redhill community. Our shop will be bringing local jobs to the area and contributing to the thriving town centre. We look forward to welcoming customers and serving them high-quality artisan bakery products”. West Craft Bakery Business Award at the Baking Industry Awards 2018. This year, it has also achieved the silver prize at the British Pie Awards and second place at the World Pasty Championships for its vegan Thai pasty. The Redhill store is the brand's 21st
franchise store to open in the UK. Warrens Bakery plans to open 750 new bakeries over the next five years.
