Challenges faced With over 25 years of experience across colleges, universities, and private training providers, training manager Andy Gray joined Smile Counselling and Training and identified the need for formal ualit assurance. While courses were well- established, including programmes such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) – there was a desire to strengthen external validation and ensure all their training

• Following CPD accreditation, the organisation observed early indicators of increased interest in its CPD- accredited training. In one instance, after delivering an accredited CBT course, a client organisation expressed interest in additional CPD-accredited programmes.

registrations oening and filling at a steady pace. While it is still early in the accreditation journey, these initial responses suggest that accredited status has supported engagement with both existing and prospective clients.
