Celebrating a passion for caring March saw the return of the Home Instead annual conference, where over 1,000 people from across the UK, including franchise owners and their teams, were able to get together again at the stunning Manchester Central Convention Centre.

Held over two days, this was a packed
event culminating in a gala awards evening celebrating the success of the business and its people. There were workshops, presentations, training and keynote speakers, everyone was able to learn & develop, share best practice, engage and meet their peers. The conference was a great
opportunity to also share their vision for the future, whilst being able to celebrate the amazing achievements of the Home Instead network. At the conference, Martin Jones MBE, CEO UK & International at Home Instead said: “It’s only when you look back that we can see how far we have come.”
