Why franchising and why with this brand? I was looking for an established firm with a good track record, Tezlom has been operating since 2008 and still going strong, one of the top UK recognized agencies with so many awards for its consistency and compliance.


How did you find out about the opportunity? I previously worked with one of Tezlom’s franchisees as a Support Worker at the Islington branch.


How is business so far? It’s been a year since I started my franchise, and business is doing okay! Of course there's ups and down just like in every business, but things are good!


What are your plans for the future of the business? To take the business to the next level and possibly acquire more territories once the Romford branch is well established.


Describe a typical day... A typical day in the Romford branch would be me arriving at the office at 8:30 am, with a cup of tea, I'll log in and start checking compliance to ensure we are up to date. Then speaking with potential clients


to arrange visits, sorting out goodie bags for client meetings and contacting potential candidates for interview and existing candidates to follow up on any outstanding documents.


How has your life changed since you launched your franchise with Tezlom? Having my own franchise has transformed my life in so many ways. I now have the flexibility of prioritising my workload, have total control over my finances, and am able to spend more time with my family.


Would you recommend franchising to others? Do you have any advice or tips for those considering a change of career? Yes, I would highly recommend a franchise to anyone looking to take advantage of the opportunity to run their own business. My advice for anyone looking to change carer would


be to conduct their due diligence to ensure they have the right information to make the right decision. I believe Tezlom would be a great option if you are looking to go into the Healthcare sector.
