hen Joe Morgan left his 30- year career in aerospace in search of a new challenge, he


had no idea half his family would join him on the journey! Joe’s wife Madeline says: “Faith and


the Church are central to our family. After working hard and enjoying a comfortable lifestyle, we wanted to make sure our choice in having our own business would enefi ers and enale s  give something back.” Both felt homecare might be a perfect

care, Madeline joined the business sooner than planned and, having followed a steep learning curve in care, took on the position  egisered anager. “We have a fantastic team of 10 now

daughters,” says Joe, “so it has become a proper family business. This maybe isn’t what the girls thought they’d be doing, but there’s a feel-good factor here that they realise they wouldn’t get elsewhere. “Our CareGivers regularly send photos


of themselves having a great time helping the Clients and they always have lovely stories to share when they come in – every week brings magic moments.” l
