Tell us a bit about the history of Cava Guard… Cava Guard is part of Cava Security Services Ltd, founded in 2005. Founder Richard Payton started


from his spare bedroom and grew to be one of the leading security service businesses in the Midlands. Cava now employs 40 security officers and has its own dedicated control room at head office in Redditch. Richard had a vision to see his brand throughout the UK and help people like him who are willing to put a lot of effort into achieving their goals. To do that he created Cava Guard Group and offered it to franchisees nationally. He is now looking to go to the next step and have a presence throughout the nation.
