I founded my own small boutique consultancy that works with organisations to help


them unlock the potential and performance of their people.


How did you discover TRIB3? During a short career break I saw an article about the rise of fitness boutiques which featured TRIB3. I picked up the phone and called Kevin, TRIB3’s CEO and within a week I was in Spain experiencing the brand!


What drew you to TRIB3? The sheer energy and belief in the product, brand and values that the whole TRIB3 team has was incredibly infectious. It may sound a little clichéd, but it honestly felt like I was joining a family rather than a big business. It’s the feeling of community and connection that really drew me to TRIB3 and I think it resonates now more than ever, especially after what we’ve gone through the last 12 months. From the start, my experience as an


early female franchisee is that the team has worked hard to support me, guide me through their knowledge but ultimately empower me to make the key decisions – location, design, operations and team.


Who inspires you? I am very lucky to have such an


inspirational team around me – my husband, family, friends, and colleagues. In my ‘day job’ I am often privilege to people’s struggles and journeys. I find it astounding the things people deal with every day and yet still show up as good, powerful people who contribute. I will always pay tribute to my mum who is a daily pillar of strength and comfort and my personal cheerleader.


What would you like to say to other women to help empower them? It’s so very easy to talk yourself out of something – be that an opportunity to develop yourself, take a slightly different direction in your career or go out on your own. DON’T. Talk yourself into it instead. Women tend to find it harder to bounce back from failures big or small, but we need to see failure as part of the process. Things may not always work out the way you planned but don’t let it stop you. It’s about what you do with the learning that comes from failure – not the failure itself.


Advice for future franchisees? Ask questions. The franchise team has all the knowledge and experience and have probably come across a situation before or something very similar so there's no such thing as a wrong or a silly question. Not asking questions is a real missed opportunity to build your knowledge and understanding. Don’t be afraid to get started, make that enquiry, pick up the phone and have that call. Making that call has led me to some amazing people and this amazing opportunity. 
