“Managing my own business means I

can really get stuck into my marketing and networking – it's how I manage my connections, gain new clients and demonstrate the great work the team and I do. I spend time managing our social media, attending online webinars and connecting with my network. “My business also gives me a huge degree of flexibility with my time and work, meaning I can work where and when I like, whilst still achieving growth. “I connect with my fellow franchisees on a regular basis, and we have a great peer support network. Coming in as the youngest franchisee, I was made to feel really welcome and the advice and support I’m constantly provided with from the network and head office is truly invaluable. I attend regular webinars and regular CPD events run by head office, which allow us to catch up as well as network and gain new connections, helping us to share best practice and develop our businesses.” 
