This can either be through acquiring an existing Belvoir franchise, which is being sold by the owner, or entering into the enhanced start programme, whereby Belvoir acquires an existing independent business and rebrands it. This then becomes your business. This is a great opportunity for prospects who are ready to take on a pre-existing profi table venture. Purchasing a business outright does not need to be complicated or intimidating; Belvoir has trustworthy advisers who will give you an honest opinion about the viability of your new venture. The investment required will depend on the size of the resale or business acquired.
Accumulate your future assets For franchisees with the passion and determination to build a great portfolio, but lack the initial capital to set up outright, Belvoir’s Accumulate package allows you to spread your franchise investment over three years. With no high startup fees and the central teams taking care of your admin and back end processes, this package allows you the
time to grow your business. Working from home gives you the benefi t of lower overheads and the fl exibility of your own working times while working towards opening a high-street shop. Many online agency franchises present growth barriers, such as the inability to hire staff and lack of commercial premises, resulting in a cap on your earnings and workload. Investment level
The investment level depends upon the way you join Belvoir. The minimum investment level is between £10,000 and £50,000, with a further borrowing of working capital from £35,000 to £200,000 dependent on the Belvoir model and location. Banks can lend up to 70 per cent of this.
