Le Béret Français is on a remarkable journey. The company, located in the heart of the Basque country, was founded in 2012. Although relatively young and small, it produced the official berets for the Rugby World Cup 2023 and is now set to craft those for the Olympic and


Paralympic Games 2024 in Paris. “We’ve been working nearly round the clock to maximise our machines’ output for the Rugby World Cup,” shared Nathalie de Mauduit at Who’s Next. “This required expanding our machines’ capacity and recruiting


additional staff. Nevertheless, we succeeded. Procuring extra materials posed no issue, as we source all our supplies from France, exclusively using merino wool from Arles. With this experience under our belts, we are all set for the Olympics.”
