“Consultants are very important to us – we really respect them because they analyze the demand of the customers, listen to them and understand what they want. They have a vision and they are neutral experts. Our goal is to be the best manufacturer, to offer the best value and the best package, so consultants listen to us and are open for innovation. They look left and right and ask, ‘Is it a good investment for the future? Is it good for the customer?’ And they help us to push innovation as well. The consultant wants to achieve a really efficient, long-term offering for the customer, so they’re very interested in the technical details of a complete cooking package. Consultants are an essential ingredient of our success.”

Otherwise, life would be boring. That’s why we like to have fun and enjoy what you’re doing. You have to be a little bit crazy; you have to be passionate – it’s good for your team.
