In addition to the program of keynote speakers there will be a comprehensive selection of masterclasses taking place in the afternoon of the first day. Speakers at the master classes will include:

Sustainability at the center The conference venue remains the Hyatt Regency Chantilly, a short distance from Paris, the perfect location, according to Dalhuisen. “The hotel is fantastic. It is a beautiful location and offers high-quality service,” she says. “We are delighted with the keynote speakers and interesting master classes. As FCSI members expect, besides the conference program we have an event program with delicious dinners and inspiring activities. More than ever the focus is on networking and being together.” As for the program, it will follow
the structure of the one at the FCSI EAME conference in Rotterdam in 2018 and it will once again be hosted by Tina Nielsen and Michael Jones, editor and editorial director of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant. “We are building on the success
of Rotterdam. We are giving the good mix of knowledge sharing, innovation and networking even more content and meaning. The layout of the program is basically the same, but it goes without saying that we will give it a new, surprising twist,” concludes Dalhuisen.
